Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags are still attached and the delivery note is included.

Label and Post

Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
